A Little About Me:

Greetings! I am Keturah Modeste Francis, native of Christiansted, St. Croix, US Virgin Islands. I spent my primary years on the small tropical paradise and relocated, with my family, to Miami, FL as a child. Growing up in Miami provided me with opportunities I might have missed back home. I attended magnet schools throughout the city, receiving awards and certificates that reflected the challenges embraced and goals achieved.

During my final years of high school, after receiving my Nursing Assisting certificate, I discovered that teaching children was my true passion. From serving my local church and homeless shelter, to tutoring family and friends of various ages, teaching had become my life. It has been a pleasure being a part of the Ben Gamla Kendall family for the past two school years. It is an honor to be an instructor of the 2017-2018 4th graders! During our class time together, students will grow and flourish in Mathematics and in turn, achieve their personal best!
